Why Buy Local?

Living in an area of such wealth in local farming and humanely raised animals, it is fairly easy to gather wonderful ingredients.  Though we, like many others, try to support the community by purchasing and trading locally, we will be the first to admit that we are not 100% locally sourced.  We do however, strongly believe in using local and regional products.  There are many good things going on in our backyard and region and we intend to do what we can to provide you with the best, healthiest and freshest ingredients.  We are excited to be an Appalachian Grown (ASAP) certified supporter.

We are proud to be using and sourcing from these local farms and businesses!
